Update on Ctrl + R

For those who prefer this method rather than using the UI:

The new CTRL+R feature can be forced on by the following notes.ini setting.
$ENABLE_ADDITIONAL_KEYSTROKES=1

    I've check Desktop policy and i've not see the enable of this shortcut, so this notes.ini could be very useful because it can be distribuited by Domino Policy.
