Tips: set allert on your IBM Connections cloud status

IBM is monitoring  24x7 the status of IBM Connections cloud services for all datacenter and the status is published live at this page.

Some weeks ago we have learn (thanks Steve!) that is also possible to subscribe the alert on email or SMS.

There are 2 type of notifications:

• All notifications: new features notices, maintenance window notifications
• Incidents only: issua about service avalability who impacts on all customers

The notifications classified as all notifications are sent by email only but for the others is possible to have SMS notifications .
If you have a valid subscriptions you can contact support by phone or email and ask to have all notifications you like enabled for your company.
