Some weeks ago we have learn (thanks Steve!) that is also possible to subscribe the alert on email or SMS.
There are 2 type of notifications:
- All notifications: new features notices, maintenance window notifications
- Incidents only: issua about service avalability who impacts on all customers
The notifications classified as all notifications are sent by email only but for the others is possible to have SMS notifications .
If you have a valid subscriptions you can contact support by phone or email and ask to have all notifications you like enabled for your company.
