HCL Sametime 11 FP1 - what's chek if file transfer isn't working as expected

During my last HCL Sametime 11 Fp1 setup I've realized the file tranfer wasn't working (apparentely the file will be sent but never received).

After some reaserch I've found this HCL technote with a similar issue due to a missing temp folder

/local/notedata/ft_tmp

In my case the folder was present but the owner of the folder was wrong because it was assigned to root for uknown reason.


After I set correct ownership to the notes user, the issue was resolved.
